Once the investor qualifying assessment is completed, their specific requirements have been identified and a selection made, we will liaison with vendors, gather all other requested information, organise all appointments and visits, line up and present a selection of properties for all investors to choose and accompany them on each visit.

When an investor decides to invest in a property, we will handle all further purchasing, administrative, legal and fiscal processes through to the final stage of recieveing the Title Deeds. Naturally, our available services do not end there and the extent to which you want us to continue to assist you, depends entirely on you.
